一、Line

1.Dashed line

Symbol Selector --> Properties --> Symbol Property Editor --> Type: Cartographic Line Symbol --> Drag and Click template to create dash pattern

2. Multilayer line

Symbol Selector --> Properties --> Symbol Property Editor --> Type: Cartographic Line Symbol --> Add Layers for multilayer line effect (+ at bottom left) --> adjust layer order using arrows

3.Cased Line(框線)

Symbol Property Editor --> Type: Cartographic Line Symbol --> Create Two Layers --> Adjust order, width and color

5.Marker Line

Symbol Property Editor --> Type: Marker Line Symbol --> Choose Symbol from Marker Line Tab and set spacing on Template tab

6. Offset line 兩條線佔據同一個位置，例如行政界線與自然界線重合

Symbol Property Editor --> Line Properties tab --> adjust offset

Symbol Property Editor --> Type: Simple Fill Symbol --> Outline --> Properties --> Type: Cartographic Line --> Create additional Layers --> Set color and width

Line Properties tab --> Offset tint band by half its width

15 Pattern fill

Symbol Property Editor --> Type: Marker Fill  Symbol --> Marker Fill tab --> Grid option and set marker properties --> Fill Properties tab --> X,Y separation for marker pattern

16 Random fill

Symbol Property Editor --> Type: Marker Fill  Symbol --> Marker Fill tab --> Random option an set marker properties;

Fill Properties tab--> Set average marker separation

17 Hatched fill

Symbol Property Editor -->Type: Line Fill Symbol
